We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Education Specialist to join the Wayman Learning Trust in Wolverhampton, West Midlands. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who is committed to making a positive impact on young children's educational journey. As an Early Years Education Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that meet the requirements of the EYFS curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement creative and stimulating lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs.
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social and emotional development.
  • Provide individualized support to students based on their unique needs and abilities.
  • Collaborate with educators and professionals to develop effective teaching strategies.
  • Assess and monitor students' progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate records of students' achievements and behaviour.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a strong partnership between home and school.

Requirements:

  • QTS, EYTS, PGCE, and a strong academic record.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) or equivalent.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the EYFS curriculum and assessment frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively plan and deliver lessons.
  • A passion for education and commitment to supporting students' learning and development.

This role offers a competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development within the Wayman Learning Trust.
