About the Role:

  • Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to diverse groups of learners
  • Develop and maintain training resources to ensure they remain current and relevant
  • Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Support learners in developing their employability skills, including CV writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies
  • Collaborate with other trainers and staff to ensure a cohesive training experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in employability training

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a trainer in the employability sector or a related field
  • Demonstrated knowledge of employability skills, job market trends, and recruitment processes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to inspire and motivate learners of all ages and backgrounds
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant software
  • A teaching or training qualification is desirable but not essential
  • An enhanced DBS is essential for this role

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum. This salary is based on industry standards and the location.
