**Executive Assistant**

**ROLI is looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO to join our dynamic team and work closely with our Founder/CEO.**

This is a unique opportunity for an Executive Assistant to be a part of a dynamic startup environment reimagining music learning and music making across a network of hardware and software, platform and developer products.

**What you’ll do**:

- Organise and support CEO’s schedule
- Coordinate internal and external meetings for CEO
- Provide CEO with weekly schedule overview every Monday
- Check-in daily to provide schedule overview for the day and communicate any other important information
- Resolve scheduling conflicts
- Ensure tech is set up and tested ahead of meetings
- Anticipate upcoming schedule events
- Provide extensive fundraising support, from investor research to investment materials preparation to due diligence
- Create Keynote presentations, slides, and write copy for investment presentations
- Keep a running spreadsheet of investment leads, processes, and follow-ups

**What you’ll need**:

- Proven successful experience in VC, finance, consulting, strategy, and/or investment banking
- Excellent writing skills
- Extensive report-writing and presentation experience
- Familiarity with financial modelling
- Execution-oriented but with the ability to see the wider strategic picture
- Extremely well-organised, with ability to drive projects forwards independently and with ambiguous direction
- Strong initiative and drive to succeed, with excellent follow-through
- Extremely resilient, someone who thrives on the pressure of building a fast-growing business
- Exceptional communication skills with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Willing to travel and take on all support-related tasks on business trips
- A passion for music, technology, and/or startups
