**Role Overview**
We are looking for a **Contract Administrator **to join our fantastic Property Services division. This role is tasked with carrying out all administrative duties in support of the M&E Team, to ensure all KPI’s and regulatory requirements are achieved.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Respond to M&E information requests and inquiries from key stakeholders (primarily contractors and colleagues)
- Support M&E Contract Management in an administrative capacity
- Raise M&E Works Orders and Repairs
- Review M&E quotations and valuations prepared by Contractors
- Support the investigation of M&E complaints and aid resolution
- To provide administrative back-up and assistance to the wider team as required
- Oversee data-entry into the M&E repairs portal and ensure information is accurate
- To schedule and attend meetings, and to prepare minutes and action points as required
**More about you**
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Math and English (Grades A*- C)
- Strong administration skills gained via working in a similar role
- Experience of working in the social housing sector or similar
- Strong IT skills including CRM packages and Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer Service gained in similar line of work
