Contract Administrator

**Job Information**
This role is a Contract Administrator for our London South Bank University (LSBU) contract. The group has recently joined together both LSBU and London South Bank Colleges within and the required person would support a the Account Director with a range of contractual processes.
They would require lots of key stakeholder interaction and attend monthly management meetings.
Our PPM and contractor schedules would be controlled by the contract administrator.
The role would a Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm basis.
**Main Duties**
- Utilise Concept CAFM to arrange Planned Preventative tasks and book in contractors.
- Assist with the NEC4 framework administrative tasks
- Assist with the monthly service delivery report collation
- This list is not an exhaustive list of duties and role will expand as contract progresses

- Is skilled with using CAFM systems within FM
- Willing to train and learn how to use systems and big data.
- Support the FM team as a whole
- Previous contract administration experience
