Sales Administrator

**Company Description**
Enviroguard NW Ltd are a professional and innovative Environmental service provider established in 2006 with a turnover of more than £2.5m pa.
We have a unique approach to managing our diverse range of services throughout the UK and are rapidly expanding our existing customer base.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage trade account customers, process orders internally and liaise with the warehouse staff.
- Oversee online orders from point of sale to delivery, deal with our appointed couriers to ensure smooth running and fulfilment of online orders.
- Acting as a primary point of contact for larger trade customers.
- Create and update sales records and databases for monthly management reviews.
- Track inbound stock (containers) with our freight and logistics provider.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
**The Person**
**Key skills and abilities**:
- Education to 'A' Level or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to build a good understanding of product knowledge.
- Positive and reliable approach to work.
- Excellent team working skills, ability to receive constructive feedback and share experience.
**Desirable but not essential skills**:
- Sage 50 Accounts experience_._
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
