We're working in partnership with our client in Kendal to recruit for a Commercial Support Co-ordinator.

Our client is a well established organisation that provide services to their clients both in The UK and globally.

This role will provide a flexible support service for the Divisions, Operations & Sales teams for both service work quotations and product sales, bid proposals and strategic analysis across the Eastern Hemisphere

**The role will involve**:

- Compiling and documenting relevant information using spreadsheets
- Managing projected costs and margins and obtaining the necessary approvals through the sign-off procedure for all quotations.
- Co-ordinating the activity of obtaining inventory costs to prepare quotations for all product sales enquiries
- Managing the processing of all Product Sales orders, generating order acknowledgements in line with contract review guidelines and business practice & co-ordinate and carry out all administrative requirements to meet day to day customer needs
- Work with Operations to create and prepare client specific bids and proposals
- Carry out analysis to aid future quoting strategies across the Eastern Hemisphere
- Attend business action meetings with the Divisions and Operations teams to record any deviations/assumptions in advance of quotation/bid preparation to ensure that the offer complies with capabilities/policies and meets with the customer’s expectations
- Complete pre-qualification and supplier/vendor questionnaires ensuring consistent and accurate information
- Update, maintain and be the focal contact in respect of company information for online based subscription activities

Our client is offering a competitive salary of circa £25k FTE and attractive benefits package.
