15 hrs per week - Permanent
**Working Hours**: Flexible to include 5 hours on a Wednesday (09:30-2:30)
**Base**: ICC Care Coordination Team in Kendal Gillingate Centre
We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and skilled administrator to join our busy team. You should have significant proven experience with excellent organisational and communication skills. You will be a wiz with IT including spreadsheets and be confident in data extraction and excel supported data manipulation.
This is a great opportunity to join a fun team, provide a wide range of professional administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our Integrated Care Community. The role will be varied and flexibility is a must
**Duties will include**: support for the core leadership team; some telephone support including direct patient contact; setting up meetings and compiling documentation; preparing presentations and display materials; file, diary and office stock maintenance and, to actively engage with and support our population health agenda.
We operate from three main hospitals-Furness General Hospital (FGH) in Barrow, the Royal Lancaster Infirmary (RLI), and Westmorland General Hospital (WGH) in Kendal, as well as a number of community healthcare premises including Millom Hospital and GP Practice, Queen Victoria Hospital in Morecambe, and Ulverston Community Health Centre.
FGH and the RLI have a range of General Hospital services, with full Emergency Departments, Critical/Coronary Care units and various Consultant-led services.
WGH provides a range of General Hospital services, together with an Urgent Treatment Centre, that can help with a range of non-life threatening conditions such as broken bones and minor illnesses.
All three main hospitals provide a range of planned care including outpatients, diagnostics, therapies, day case and inpatient surgery. In addition, a range of local outreach services and diagnostics are provided from community facilities across Morecambe Bay.
