Community Care Specialist Leader

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned healthcare professional to take on a leadership role within our Community Nursing Team. As a District Nurse Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team and overseeing the delivery of high-quality care to patients in the Kendal area.
You will have significant experience working in community settings, with a strong understanding of integrated care and seamless services. You will also have postgraduate education in related areas and previous management courses.
Requirements- A registered nurse with significant recent community experience.
- Evidence of relevant postgraduate education in related areas.
- Previous management courses.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to provide professional/clinical leadership at postgraduate level, and have a flexible approach to meet the needs of the patients.
