Wainwright Court is one of our stunning developments, consisting of 60 one and two bedroom Assisted Living retirement apartments, set in the beautiful old market town of Kendal.
**Overview**:
McCarthy Stone is a leading developer and manager of retirement communities across the UK. We are committed to providing vibrant and fulfilling lifestyles for our residents, and we are seeking a passionate and dynamic Lifestyle Coordinator to join our team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Drive additional services that we offer to our Homeowners through engaging and building strong relationships with our Homeowners. For example, laundry services, companion services plus additional domestic support.
- Checking the communal areas are compliant with Health and Safety.
- Checking refreshments are available.
- Reporting issues/concerns/observations to the Duty Manager.
- General Housekeeping is required.
- Administration and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of activity attendance, feedback, and resident preferences to inform future program planning.
- Assist in marketing efforts by contributing content and ideas for promotional materials related to lifestyle offerings.
- Foster a sense of community and belonging among residents by encouraging participation in activities and promoting social interaction.
- Act as a friendly and approachable point of contact for residents, addressing their feedback regarding lifestyle programs.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive monthly activity calendar catering to the interests and preferences of residents.
- Organize a variety of activities.
