Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is £24,071 - £25,674 per annum pro rata, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development, career growth, and flexible working arrangements. All employees are subject to a six-month probationary period, during which time they will complete a comprehensive induction program and receive regular performance feedback.

Job Responsibilities
This challenging and rewarding role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care. As a clinical support worker, you will be responsible for providing perioperative care and assistance to patients, working closely with Registered Nurses (RN) and Operating Department Practitioners (ODP). You will assist in the preparation and recovery of patients undergoing surgery, maintain a clean and safe environment, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Additionally, you will participate in the department's commitment to appraisal, education, and professional development, helping to shape the future of our organisation.
