Adecco are so proud to be recruiting for a **Demand Manager,**on behalf of North Wales Police, within the technology department.

You will be responsible for collating, maintaining, and actively managing the pipeline demand.

**Salary**:£47,496 - £50,652

**Location**:Predominantly remote working (occasional travel to Colwyn Bay required).

**Hours**:Monday-Friday, office hours (flexi-time available).

**Duration**:Permanent.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a register of all technology planned and unplanned demand originating from the business, and from Technology itself to provide a complete view of demand for technical delivery resources.
- Forecasting for demands for projects further down the line.
- Attend demand management governance forums.

**Key skills and responsibilities**:

- Evidence of managing/overseeing planning, forecasting and initiating technology delivery projects and programmes.
- Experience in managing budgets, and project costing.
- Empathetic, and personal are essential attributes.
- Leadership skills.
