Receptionist/administrator

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning ,prescription request
- Maintain an organized reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and record keeping
- EMIS AND DOCMAN Knowledge very important. Also must have worked at a GP surgery previously
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: £9.30-£11.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
