**Temporary Receptionist/Administrator - Glasgow Office Based - £12 p/h**

**Are you immediately available and able to commit to a 12-week contract? Do you have experience working within a firm? Are you a confident Receptionist?**

**We are recruiting on behalf of our client for someone to join them on a Temporary basis with the view to going Permanent for the right person.**

**Monday - Friday**

**Office Based**

**Who are we looking for?**
- Previous Receptionist experience within a Legal\Accountant firm is essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively

**What is the day-to-day like?**
- You will be working a split role between Scanning and Reception Cover, this will be a set split
- You will be handling mail
- You will be completing general admin tasks
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Coordinate meetings and conferences

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Glasgow, Glasgow: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Reception: 1 year (required)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 25/07/2023
