Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Greet patients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor
- Schedule appointments and manage the dental office's calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to online inquiries
- Process patient payments
- Maintain patient confidential records and update information as needed
- Assist with billing and accounts

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role would be advantageous, but full training will be provided
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures would be helpful
- Proficiency in dental software systems for scheduling and record keeping
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Office administrative experience

Joining our team as a Dental Receptionist offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment where you can contribute to patient care while developing your skills in dental office management. *Hourly rate will be discussed at the interview stage

Pay: £11.00-£14.00 per hour

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Medical Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
