We are looking to recruit Receptionist/Administrator to be responsible for manning our reception as well as organising and performing administrative support to our Legal Secretaries in a office based environment.
**Responsibilities**
Answering phones in a professional manner and re-directing calls as required.
Typing and general IT Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with administrative and clerical procedures
Professional and friendly manner
Self-motivated and able to work as part of a team
**Salary**: £18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Glasgow: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
