We have an exciting new opportunity for a new Receptionist/ Administrator in our Glasgow office. This role is perfect for those who can work collaboratively, as well as individually, and is a great opportunity for those seeking more responsibility within their career.
Your primary role within the business will be to provide the office, site & management teams with administrative support. This includes; producing reports, liaising with office visitors, handling & directing calls, as well as assisting departments as and when required.
**Job Requirements Include**:
- Prior Experience in an Administrative/ Receptionist Role
- Available Mon - Friday
- Ability to work on your own, and as part of a team
- Ability to help clients/ visitors when phoning or visiting head office
- Strong Organisational Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Teams etc.)
- Ability to Multitask
