TC Young are looking to recruit an experienced administrator/receptionist for their Glasgow office. This is an office based role and would suit someone who enjoys working with people in a fast paced environment with excellent attention to detail.

This is a permanent part-time vacancy; 20 hours per week - 4 days a week (days flexible but must include a Friday), 12-5pm. Working within a small team you will work together to provide an efficient support service throughout the firm.

- Actioning incoming and outgoing mail
- Reception cover
- Filing, scanning and photocopying support
- Co-ordination of offsite storage and regular file reviews
- General support

Ideally have the following aptitudes/skills:

- Smartly presented
- Good verbal communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and prioritise work to meet internal deadlines
- Reliable
- Team player
- Able to deal positively with change
- Excellent IT skills - all Microsoft packages

Previous legal (or professional services) experience would be advantageous but our priority is to find an experienced receptionist/administrator with excellent attention to detail who would enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
