**Project Administrator (Central PMO, Change)**

Reporting to: Project Office Lead

**Duration: initial 12 weeks (scope for extension)**

Location: Edinburgh (Lochside)

Pay: £12-£14 per hour

The team is responsible for supporting the Change Department with the budget process and administration. They are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated and hands on individual with a flexible and adaptable approach to fill this challenging position. The function is including but not limited to staff plan, forecast and internal system administration.

**Governance & Reporting**
- Prepare, produce, collate and perform sanity checks on resources timesheet reports;
- Facilitate report checking through use of ServiceNow time system;
- Monitor and chase up outstanding actions across business lines and validate actions upon completion;
**Resources Management**
- Monitor timesheet system and support resources to ensure allocation, and timesheets are submitted and approved within agreed deadlines;
- Review reports on Time tracking system (ServiceNow)

**Communication**
- Communicate with Change managers and resources
- Ensure time submitted in correct format
- Follow up with team managers to ensure approval are in place to allow effective budget management

Although experience in a PMO/Change function would be helpful this is not a prerequisite.

A great opportunity for a dynamic individual who genuinely want an opportunity with in a growing financial services business, working in a Change function.

Although an initial short term contract, there is possibility for extension and potentially permanent long term opportunity.

**Salary**: £12.00-£14.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Edinburgh, City of Edinburgh: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 28/08/2023
