**The Opportunity**:
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and talented individual to join our Study and Work Away (SWAY) Service. This SWAY Administrator will be responsible for providing high-quality front-line support for student and staff enquiries related to Study and Work away opportunities. The Administrator will be based in the SWAY Projects team, primarily providing administrative support to a broad range of short-term, virtual and collaborative opportunities for students and staff. Additionally, this post provides administrative support to the Head of the Study and Work Away service and acts as an additional layer of support across all teams within the service _. _The post holder will act as the first point of contact for student enquiries and will support the administration of our study and work away programmes, liaising with internal and external stakeholders as required.

**Your skills and attributes for success**:

- Familiarity with the area of study and work away in Higher Education
- Strong customer service skills
- Competent written and oral communication skills
- Possesses excellent IT skills, including reporting and working with large data sets
- The ability to plan and organise own workload
