**As a support worker, you will be able to do the following**:

- Provide effective day to day shift cover that supports the needs of the client.
- Be confident in delivering a high quality of care when working in ever-changing environments, being able to adapt approaches to be versatile in challenging situations.
- Deliver the highest standards of care and support on a consistent basis.
- Be fully compliant with the organisational values and requirements of the provision.
- Sound I.T. and numerical skills along with a flexible, resilient, and thoughtful approach to your practice.

You **MUST **have:

- **8-12 months experience as a Care Assistant or Support Worker in the last 3 years**:

- **Right to work in the UK**

**This post will require an Enhanced DBS check to be processed** **for the successful applicant.**

This role will be suited for an individual who is seeking varied and flexible working pattern, working a mixture of half days, long days, and sleep ins.
