Inclusive Learning Support Worker

We are seeking an Inclusive Learning Support Worker to join our team at a vibrant and supportive primary school in Redbridge, London. This long-term role offers teacher training opportunities from September 2025, making it an ideal position for graduates looking to start their career in education.
As an Inclusive Learning Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other learning needs. Your key duties will include:
- Assisting in the implementation of Education Health Care Plans (EHCPs).
- Providing one-on-one and small group support to students, helping them engage with the curriculum.
- Working closely with teachers to adapt learning resources and teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of students.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with ASD or a desire to gain this experience through education and training. You will also have excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to adapt to different student needs.
This is a rewarding role in an amazing school where you can make a real impact and have the opportunity to grow professionally. The salary for this position is estimated to be around £83.33-£100 per day, depending on experience.
