**HR Apprentice**

Our HR team have an opportunity for a** HR Apprentice** to join our HR department at Citywire. Reporting into our HR Manager you will have a pivotal role within the HR team, and you will be focused on providing an efficient and streamlined service across our global business.

**Main Responsibilities**:
As Citywire’s HR Apprentice, you’ll have the following responsibilities:

- Looking after the administration of HR processes: this includes payroll and pension, new-starters’ set-up, right to work documentations, temporary workers, and leavers.
- Recruitment and Selection; supporting our Talent team to post adverts, schedule interviews and create job offer packs during busy periods.
- Pre-employment and new starter processes; setting up new starter records on our HRIS.
- Assisting with and providing administrative support to our learning and development function.
- Maintaining and updating the various employment benefit platforms.
- Building relationships with people across all our offices to ensure a collaborative relationship between HR and the rest of the business.

Apprenticeship Framework

Comply with all requests from the apprenticeship provider including completing all assignments/assessments as required and ensuring availability for all scheduled learning sessions as required.

**Job specific skills / technical skills / requirements**
- Passion to start a career in HR and committed to completion of the apprenticeship.
- GCSE English and Maths at grade A-C or equivalent.
- Excellent attention to detail and thorough proofreading
- Organised with the ability to work with mínimal direction and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Possession of a confident but helpful manner.
- The ability to always maintain confidentiality.
