We're looking for driven, intelligent person with a passion for data to kick start their professional careers and gain practical experience in the world of HR Data Analytics and Insights.

As a HR Insights Apprentice at L&Q, you’ll be working within our HR Systems and Reporting Team, producing reports and dashboards to enable users to make informed decisions and maintain compliance. You will help with monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and supporting the team in a range of HR data activities relevant to our reporting areas. Your main duties will include:

- Understand principals of HR Data
- Gain experience in System and UX.
- Develop an understanding of processes across L&Q business
- Develop an understanding of HR policies and employment relations
- Data Modelling
- Produce ad hoc, monthly, quarterly HR Reports
- Produce new dashboards and run schedule reports
- Provide support in HR Data projects

We’re looking for a highly motived individual who wants to take their first leap into the world of Data Analytics. You should have a drive to learn new skills and the flexibility to take on different tasks whilst producing work to a high standard. It will be key to have good time management as there will be points where you will need to work in the day and study in the evening.

**Other essential skills and experience include**:

- Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
- Good IT skills
- Self motivated

As part of the L&Q Apprenticeship scheme you will benefit from a supporting environment that will encourage you to learn and develop throughout the programme.

You will complete a **Data Analyst including Power BI Level 4 Apprenticeship.**

To be eligible for the apprenticeship you must hold:

- Level 3 qualification (apprenticeship/A-levels/BTEC, etc)
- OR equivalent work experience (typically two years in a relevant role)

Plus:

- 5 GCSEs, including English and Maths at Grade 4 (C) or above
- Experience with using Excel and Microsoft products (or similar)
