**About The Role**

Public Health in Lincolnshire have clear vision, prioritised plans, a balanced budget to 2026 and a strong reputation for getting the job done well. We are ambitious to go further to improve outcomes for our residents.

You will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing our regional and national profile, maximising the council's influence and promoting a philosophy of collaborative and integrated working.

We are focused on finding the best possible outcomes for people, building resilience, maximising independence and helping people stay as well as possible, for as long as possible.
