We are looking for compassionate and committed Healthcare Assistants, who are passionate about delivering the highest quality two-to-one care for our service user.

**Meet our service user**

Our service user is a gentleman in his 60’s who lives at home with his wife, daughter, and family pets, who requires support with his complex needs throughout the day and night on a 2:1 basis.

He is a very big family man so spending time with his family is very important to him.

He is a very intelligent gentleman, loves good conversations with his care team, listening to audio books and watching his favourite films.

Our service user loves his wife’s cooking and really looks forward to mealtimes where he can spend quality time with his family.

Throughout the day you will support with his personal care, moving and handling, assisting with mealtimes and attending to his clinical care needs when required. We are looking for a care team who can get involved in his interests and support him to enjoy the things he loves.

Throughout the night you will be tending to his personal care, repositioning, carrying out observations and attending to his clinical interventions as required.

**Our ideal applicant will be a driver with access to a vehicle, however non-drivers will be considered given they have reliable transport and are able to get to the service users home address.**

**Essential Experience Required**
- 3 months' previous care experience
- Medication Administration
- Personal Care
- Moving and Handling

**Desirable Experience**
- Spinal Injury Knowledge
- Knowledge of Autonomic Dysreflexia
- Ventilation Management
- Tracheostomy Care
- Catheter Care
- Driver with access to a vehicle

**We have the following shifts available;**
- Full Time & Part time Nights waking and sleeping nights 3-4 shifts per week.
- 9:00pm
- 9:00am
- Part Time Days
- 9:00am-9:00pm & 11:00am - 7:00pm
- We are looking for flexibility to cover both days and night shifts

**Take a look at our pay rates**

Weekdays: £12.00 per hour (£144.00 approx. per 12-hour shift)

Weeknights: £13.00 per hour (£156 approx. per 12-hour shift)

Saturday: £14.00 per hour (£168.00 approx. per 12-hour shift)

Sunday: £14.00 per hour (£168.00 approx. per 12-hour shift)

Bank Holiday: £15.00 per hour (£180.00 approx. per 12-hour shift)
