As a Customer Service & Support Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the customer lifecycle. Your primary duties will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, tracking orders, managing subscriptions, and ensuring timely payments. Additionally, you will monitor customer preferences, update inventory records, and assist with order packing during busy periods if needed. For this role equestrian experience or a passion for horses is desirable.
- Responsibilities:_
- Troubleshoot technical problems and provide timely solutions to customers.
- Track and trace customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure all actions are promptly addressed.
- Upload new products to our inventory system as they arrive in stock.
- Conduct regular stock takes and monitor low stock levels to facilitate timely replenishment.
- Occasionally assist with packing orders during busy periods.
- Requirements:_
- Friendly, hardworking, and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Reliable and capable of handling pressure effectively, especially during busy periods.
- Proactive problem solver with the ability to work independently using initiative and as part of a team.
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Equestrian experience or a passion for horses is desirable but not required.
- Willingness to pitch in and help in different areas when things get busy. We're a small team, so occasionally help is required in other areas to make sure everything gets done on time
- Full UK driving license is desirable but not essential.
