ID-Workz specialises in the online supply of vehicle parts and accessories. We are growing rapidly and therefore looking to expand our team.

**ABOUT YOU**:
If you’re interested in applying, we’re looking for someone who has:

- Experience of working in a customer facing role
- The ability to manage your own workload
- Experience in the automotive sector is preferred

**SKILLSET**:

- Excellent telephone communication sales
- Excellent literacy skills
- Good organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and use your initiative

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Take ownership of any questions or concerns that the client has and ensure that these are dealt with to a satisfactory conclusion.
- Managing and completing administration within given timescales.
- Communicating with all areas of the business with any issues or concerns.
- Maintain a good working relationship with employers

**Other Responsibilities**
- Processing new online orders
- Entering supplier invoices on to the system

**TERM**:
We are looking for a long term employee and currently do not have any short term vacancies available.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: £8.60-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
