**ROLE OVERVIEW**

They can wow and delight our customers and colleagues in thoughtful and unexpected ways and help them to discover better.

As **Team Leader**, you will be expected to ensure that your department reaches its financial targets, is operationally efficient and has a strong team of motivated Planet People who deliver excellent customer service.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Make every customers experience fun, educational and rewarding.
- Serve our freshly prepared organic food, make coffees, and prepare juices and smoothies.
- Analyse sales and wastage and send reports to senior management, as requested.
- Place orders and manager stock
- Train new starters and lead their progression
- Adhere to high standards of health and safety
- Work as part of a team to get daily tasks done, this includes opening and closing the store in the absence of a duty manager when necessary.

**PERSON SPECIFICATION**
- Previous experience in food and drink servery
- Excellent organisational skills
- Confident communicator & team player
- Passionate about food, health and wellbeing
