Office Administrator

**F/T Permanent Office Administrator required for a small manufacturing business based in Lisburn.**
**Duties will include**:
- Handling customer & supplier calls and responding accordingly
- Updating customers with all information regarding their orders
- Liaising with suppliers to confirm incoming orders and delivery dates
- Organising transport with the relevant transport companies
- Raising invoices
- Processing customer orders & purchase requisitions
- Allocating the correct payments to customer accounts
- Organising Health & Safety inspections when required, and keeping all records up to date.
- Ordering office & canteen supplies
**Essential Experience**
- Minimum 2 years experience in a manufacturing office environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages and experience with CRM database systems
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- The ability to use your own initiative but can also work as part of a team.
- Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise and manage your own workload
**Desirable Experience**:
- Experience using Sage/ Pegasus
- Experience working with both supplier and customer enquiries
**Salary: £24,500 - £25,350 (DOE)**
**Hours of work**:Monday - Thursday 9.00 am - 5.00 pm & Friday 9.00 am - 4.00 pm
**Benefits**:

- Uniform is not mandatory in the office, comfortable and casual dress code
