Customer Relationship Co-ordinator

The Customer service Team at Eminox is responsible for end-to-end demand management, from point of order placement to point of despatch., with responsibility for ensuring that all internal and external customers requirements are understood and met through effective customer service.
The role is to provide support to the CRM team, whilst also taking direct responsibility for supporting the entire customer base within Retrofit and Aftermarket. Taking orders from customers and ensuring we have the parts to deliver. Working with our CRM, ERP system to locate correct pricing. Understands customer schedules, order information and providing a high level of customer service. The goal is to achieve effective communication with customers and key functional links to help deliver on time and satisfy customers requirements.
Overview of role;
- Working with the CRM team to determine tactics when demand is unplanned. Supports the communication of any supply changes that are expected to affect product availability.
- Being a single point of contact for customers while building and maintaining relationships for key customer accounts.
- Supporting and reviewing the customer order before acceptance to ensure we can achieve the requested deliveries.
- Receiving schedules/orders from customers and creating sales orders on the integrated business plan.
- Keeping the customer informed of delivery dates obtained from planning and purchasing.
- Maintaining all relevant information, such as part numbers, prices, delivery dates and schedules in the business system.
- Works with the service and aftersales delivery team to ensure on going activities are planned, Delivered and forecasted for.
- Works with the CRM team to ensure customer price list and agreements are maintained.
- Answering customers concerns, assessing and resolving queries received from internal and external customers. Where these cannot be resolved, escalating as appropriate.
**Skills**:
- A background spent working with customers, from orders to completion. can work with an internal CRM, ERP system.
- Can work own initiative and is used to working with a supply chain to complete customer order transactions.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to analyse data for decision-making purposes
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
