**Who are Acis Group?**

We began as a social landlord providing homes in West Lindsey. Now we provide over 7,000 affordable homes across the East Midlands, Yorkshire and the Humber. Our homes include ones for affordable rent, Shared Ownership, people aged 55 and over and supported housing - but now, we do so much more. We take our roles in our customer’s lives seriously, putting them first in everything we do. And as part of that we’ve grown to provide wider services to truly support the communities in which we work.

In addition, there are over 4,000 learners a year are supported in local communities stretching from Sheffield to Mablethorpe - with everything from entry level qualifications, arts and wellbeing courses through to employability support to help people fulfil their potential. This is through Riverside Training, our employment and skills team, and CLIP, an education provider.

Your role is all about helping us share our stories with the world. We want to grow our brand and reputation, and we want to do this through sharing and celebrating the impact we have in our communities. You’ll have a passion for writing and be naturally curious. Getting to the heart of the story really matters to you and once you’ve found it, you’ll want to share for all to read.

**As a Content Coordinator some of your duties might include**:

- Finding and writing engaging and impactful stories that celebrates and shares the work we do each and every day - you are our internal journalist
- Showcasing the impact we make across all our services and our communities
- Supporting our whole organisation with writing up case studies for lots of different audiences such as funders, stakeholders and customers
- Writing content for different purpose, this could be to share on our website, our student blogs, our internal comms or our tenant newsletter, HomeNews. Whatever the channel, you’ll write clearly, in line with brand consistency and in a plain English style
- Creating stories for the press and wider media, developing relationships with stakeholders in this area to position ourselves
- Lead on the creation and publication of our customer magazine, Home News as well as our online publication, Home News Extra
- Supporting the team to deliver internal and external events
- Supporting the Communications Team to deliver quality, customer friendly content for our wider teams
- Develop communication plans that ensure we communicate what’s needed, when, with clear defined objectives, monitor its delivery, and report on its return on investment.
- Ensuring all marketing activity complies with GDPR and Data Protection regulations
- Ensure brand consistency in all marketing work

**What looks good to us**:

- A love of writing creative and insightful content to engage a number of different audiences
- Experience of internal and external communications in a charity or business environment
- A marketing, communications or journalism qualification or equivalent
- A good standard of literacy skills with the ability to write clearly and effectively
- Ability to use multiple IT systems and programmes
- A desire to seek out and follow up interesting and engaging stories to share
- An organised individual who is able to plan and progress a challenging, varied and busy workload
- A flexible approach to work and the ability to meet challenges and adapt to change
- Be self-motivated, enthusiastic, resilient, with a drive and determination to achieve results.
