We began as a social landlord providing homes in West Lindsey. Now we provide over 7,000 affordable homes across the East Midlands, Yorkshire and the Humber. Our homes include ones for affordable rent, Shared Ownership, people aged 55 and over and supported housing - but now, we do so much more. We take our roles in our customer’s lives seriously, putting them first in everything we do. And as part of that we’ve grown to provide wider services to truly support the communities in which we work.
In addition, there are over 4,000 learners a year are supported in local communities stretching from Sheffield to Mablethorpe - with everything from entry level qualifications, arts and wellbeing courses through to employability support to help people fulfil their potential. This is through Riverside Training, our employment and skills team, and CLIP, an education provider.
Your role is all about people and culture, you’ll be passionate about the difference we make within our communities and you’ll want people to hear all about it and celebrate this with us. You’ll have an eye for detail, a flare for sales and a passion for delivering quality, whether that be through positioning campaigns, engagement activities, printed materials, or culture initiatives. You’ll want things to look and feel just right.
**As a Marketing Engagement Co-ordinator, a typical day might include**:
- Drive culture and positioning through internal comms, delivering to our internal first approach, sharing and celebrating success every step of the way
- Own our internal comms voice through weekly communications, internal social channels, connect events and supporting engagement at team meetings

- Ensure the look and feel of our centres, offices and facilities and on brand, consistent and current
- Supporting the Marketing Business Lead to grow our reputation and visability through community engagement and activities
- Working alongside all business areas to promote our service offers, helping them to deliver engaging and purposeful activities, whilst also showcasing our wider impact within our communities
- Support us to showcase what we do out to our communities, helping us to grow our reputation and visibility through the delivery of engagement activities, events and showcases
- working with business areas to ensure they have the practical tools they need to promote our services and generate commercial sales such as leaflets, booklets, posters and templates
- Deliver activities to generate leads for business areas to generate income with a focus on property sales and acis students
- Using innovative and engaging tactics to ensure we deliver blended campaigns and activities to reach new customers
- Ensure brand consistency across all printed material and social content
**What looks good to us as a Marketing engagement coordinator**:
- Energised by culture change with the knowledge and experience of how internal comms drives it
- Passionate about customers and how they interact with us to ensure we deliver the best service we can and communicate it to them in innovative and different ways
- A love of planning - organised, likes detail and can ensure we stay on track and deliver on time and in budget
- Relentless optimism (and enthusiasm) - you’ll be leading the charge for our change campaigns, and we need someone who can lead by example, model it and keep driving it to make change happen
- Driven by working in collaboration - customers, colleagues, teams, suppliers or partners - and using those relationships to make change happen
- A puzzle solver - someone who can get in the detail to understand what we need, match that to big new ideas, and connect this together to our strategy and vision
- Flexible and efficient - this role is part of a fast-paced and leading team which means you need the skills and confidence to be able to get stuck in, make decisions, and get the job done
- Strong people skills - someone who works collaboratively within their own team and across other teams
- A great standard of education, with at least a bachelor's degree in a related field (Marketing, communications, or business management).
- Experience of lead generation marketing, or direct marketing, and in particular digital
- You’ll be an authentic and articulate communicator, whether that’s writing clear and engaging board reports and customer communications or representing the organisation at an external networking event
- Resilience. Working in social housing is a challenging but rewarding career. You’ll be helping to bring real change to our customers’ lives
**Being part of the Acis team, you’ll get**:
