**Job Description**:
Our global People Technology and Analytics team is looking for a** Senior Specialist, People Technology **to help drive our journey of evolving our digital landscape for managers and employees.

The role holder will have experience of managing and deploying of SaaS HR systems across globally, matrixed organisations.

**Why this role is important to us**

You will be part of a global team spread across five countries and will need to consult and influence global and regional stakeholders to drive innovation in our systems aligned to business strategic directions. Activities will range from core Business as Usual (BAU) system maintenance & development to supporting the implementation of change across our people landscape.

**What you’ll need to bring to the role & Experian**

You will be a self-starter, energetic, and love a fast-paced team environment, and be passionate about driving world class employee experience through technology. Your success will be driven by
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to successfully navigate between global, regional HR teams, alongside Finance, and HRIT teams
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills, able to build effective relationships and working collaboratively with our global process owners and business stakeholders
- Use initiative and take ownership of day-to-day activities, seeing these through to completion with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience and familiarity of Talent Acquisition processes and procedure to help guide stakeholders on functionality of ATS.

**Work that matters - What you’ll be doing**

You will demonstrate:

- Experience in HR technology delivery and transformation change initiatives, in complex, global matrixed organisations
- Familiar with Oracle EBS and various Cloud HR technology and ecosystem of products - Oracle, Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters, Applaud, Service Now
- Experience of working on the end-to-end implementation of a major Cloud HCM transformation programme using a world class leading solution
- A knowledge of Agile methodology or experience working in an Agile way, Six Sigma methodologies and design thinking methods and tools would be a huge advantage

- Expert knowledge of HR Technology systems and HR processes and payroll systems from a functional HR perspective.
- Experience governing HR data and working with stakeholders to determine appropriate access to PII
- Attention to detail, and a drive to be successful; ability to work independently with mínimal supervision or assistance, as well as good team communication skills, with technical and non-technical colleagues
- Experience writing detailed and clear procedures and documentation that are easy to follow.
- Strong problem-solving skills: innovation, collaboration, analysis.
- Exceptional work with a natural tendency to take ownership of incidents & requests
