Our People & Spaces team is made up of two members; we look after the whole employee journey from taking care of our home in Shoreditch, attracting talent and supporting them in their growth journey in the years to come.

We're looking for a People Partner to join us, and you'll be working closely with Lyn (Head of People) and Selina (People Operations). Your main mission is to support managers and your colleagues throughout all parts of the employee lifecycle and people management, to provide the best Duffel employee experience while putting one of our values, 'People Come First' at every step of the way.

**What we're looking for in you**:

- You'll have a great team to support you, but you also need to be comfortable working independently and have a level of comfort setting your own goals.
- You're excited by the ownership that comes with being the only People Partner in a growing team.
- You have experience working for a small-stage startup and enjoy the ever-changing pace that comes with it.
- You're reasonably comfortable with the ambiguity that can come with start-ups. Having that practical' hands-on' approach and being happy to roll up your sleeves are necessary.
- You love building meaningful relationships with employees at all levels of the business and have a high emotional intelligence with an understanding of the complexities and sensitivities of employee relations.
