People Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced People Operations Specialist to join our team at Simply Business. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes through strategic people initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with our technology and product leaders to understand their objectives and develop people strategies that drive business results.
- Collaborate with our People COEs (Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, Reward, People Operations, Employee Relations, etc.) to translate people strategies into actions and initiatives.
- Leverage your expertise in organizational design, talent management, talent development, data analysis, employee relations, and business consulting to drive business outcomes.
- Identify opportunities and coach leaders to build a high-performing and highly engaged organization.
- Use data and instincts to identify areas to reinforce our culture and employee value proposition so that our employees are in an environment to be at their best.
- Lead and contribute to strategic people team programs and projects that reinforce our unique Simply Business culture.
- A people partner holding a role supporting technology and product teams in a fast-paced, high-growth, digital organization that has been rapidly scaling, ideally with a presence in both the UK and USA.
- Strong technical expertise in organizational design, talent management, talent development, data analysis, employee relations, and business consulting.
- A change agent with the ability to lead change initiatives and drive organizational transformation in a dynamic, ambiguous, and fast-paced environment.
- A problem solver with strong analytical skills and the ability to identify root causes, develop creative solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
