Key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

- Providing a first-class telephone customer service to all our customers
- Production of our NPORS CSCS cards
- Liaising with training providers, clients and fellow colleagues to ensure queries are resolved and we deliver excellent customer service and satisfaction at all times

**Business Support Administrator**
- **WORK EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL**_ _**DESIRABLE**_
- Worked in an office environment. _
- Familiar with all administrative duties. _
- Previous customer service experience _
- A good telephone manner is essential. _
- Typing speed and accuracy and attention to detail _
- Experience of using standard (Microsoft) word processing and _
- spreadsheet software._
- Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary environment. _

- NVQ level 2 or above in administration or equivalent qualifications and/or _
