Willmotts Transport is one of the largest independent warehousing and distribution companies in the South West, based in Waterlip just outside of Shepton Mallet we are looking for an experienced full-time Office Administrator to join our friendly team

Working primarily with our HR and Payroll team your Key Responsibilities will be as follows:

- Supporting the offer and on boarding process including preparing offer paperwork, carrying out pre-employment checks, ensuring all necessary paperwork is scanned and filed electronically, preparing induction schedules for new starters
- Inputting data onto the firm's HR database (People HR)
- Deal with in-coming phone calls appropriately
- Other general administration requirements
- Inputting data onto the weekly and monthly payroll system (Sage Payroll)
- Production of Reports: producing various payroll reports via Excel for distribution across the business on a weekly and ad hoc basis
- Adding training and competency records to the training portal
- Logging sickness and other absence on HR System
- Uniform management and distribution

**Key Competencies**:

- Excellent administration skills, with previous recruitment and/or HR administration experience desirable
- Strong Communication skills with a professional and confidential approach to work
- Organised approach with great attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Capability to report correct information to colleagues
- Highly competent in Microsoft and Microsoft Excel
- Previous payroll experience using Sage payroll would be beneficial, but not essential as training will be provided
- Pay: From £25,000.00 per year
