_HR Compliance Administrator _
In the ever-growing industry of pre-hospital healthcare (ambulance services) Medicare is continuously looking to expand our portfolio and services; this includes our back of house team.
We are now looking for a motivated Compliance Administrator with a good knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes in the health care industry to support the compliance processes for the safe recruitment of pre-hospital healthcare professionals.

More specifically:

- Relevant administration and/or compliance experience with proven track record in the emergency or healthcare environment.
- Good understanding of recruitment procedures, including safer recruitment principles within the NHS.
- Robust IT skills (MS Office and in house systems) and competency in the English language, with the ability to write to external parties independently and competently.
- Excellent customer relation and communication skills.

A good understanding of regulatory (CQC) requirements.
