**Job Title: Helpdesk Administrator**

**Location**: Voyager, M90 Area

Are you an experienced Facilities Management professional with a knack for effective helpdesk administration? We are currently seeking a skilled Helpdesk Administrator to join our team at Voyager.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Utilize CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) system to log and track faults for both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks.
- Efficiently manage the helpdesk, including logging and chasing maintenance issues.
- Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to coordinate maintenance activities.
- Utilize portals effectively to communicate with stakeholders and suppliers.
- Handle the process of raising purchase orders (POs) and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Provide administrative support to the facilities management team as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in Facilities Management with a strong understanding of CAFM systems.
- Proficiency in fault logging and management for both PPM and reactive maintenance.
- Familiarity with using portals and engaging with suppliers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with raising purchase orders and invoicing is advantageous.

**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 0800-1700 (1-hour unpaid break)

**Salary**: £12.93 per hour

Pay: £12.93 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
