Job Title: Administration Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Coordinator to join our team at Reed. As an Administration Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Registered Manager and Senior Leadership Team in providing day-to-day office support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Registered Manager and Senior Leadership Team, including reading and actioning emails, printing and distributing relevant documents, and following up on tasks as necessary.
  • Manage the post, filing, and document management systems to ensure efficient retrieval of documents.
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Support the day-to-day payables, receivables, and documentation, including invoicing and accounting assistance.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, social services, and other external parties as required.
  • Assist with projects and new initiatives to develop the business, including preparing and analyzing surveys, updating the website and brochures, and maintaining the office.
Requirements:
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide administrative support to the Registered Manager and Senior Leadership Team.
