About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Rodericks Dental Partners. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in ensuring their experience is exceptional from the moment they walk in the door.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional patient care and support, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all patients
  • Manage patient diaries and schedules, ensuring timely and accurate appointments
  • Work closely with the dental team to understand treatment options and provide patients with clear information and guidance
  • Process payments and chase outstanding patient debt in a timely and professional manner
  • Liaise with dental laboratories, suppliers, and other organizations to ensure seamless communication and service delivery

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues alike
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
