**Job Type**:Full time/Permanent (Monday to Friday - 08.30 - 17.30)

**About the role**:
A leading natural and smoke ventilation specialist is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a well-established sales team. We have been trading to customers across the UK since 1988.

The successful applicant will be home based but must be able to drive to clients that are located in London and the surrounding counties.

You will be responsible for generating sales by:

- building rapport with existing customers
- identifying and nurturing new business opportunities
- demonstrating a technical understanding of the product range and systems

You must meet the following criteria:

- have experience of selling to main contractors as well as sub-contractors
- Target driven individual
- Positive and enthusiastic frame of mind
- Organised
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Full clean driving license
