ORB Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Finance Administrator to work with our client who is established company, based in the Normanton area (WF6).
- Using Xero to process invoices
- Completing new Supplier Account Applications
- Fliling away invoices into folders
- Checking supplier Statements with the invoices processed through Xero
- Sending supplier Remittances
- Maintaining correct information of Supplier records in Xero
- Allocating credits to supplier invoices
- 1st point of call on the phone
- Adhoc administrative support
- Previous experience within finance.
- Must be able to work from home 4 days, and in office 1 day per week.

**Pay**:£12ph - PAYE

**Duration**:Temp-to-Perm. The first initial 12 weeks you will work through the agency then move on to the companies books after this.

Expected hours: 25 per week
