We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our team at Pyramid8. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for processing purchase ledger invoices, chasing account payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment. Previous administration experience within an office environment would be an asset, as would proficiency in using IT, word, and excel.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing purchase ledger invoices and ensuring timely payment
  • Chasing account payments and resolving any discrepancies
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and reports
  • Providing administrative support to the finance team
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports
