**Business Support Admin Assistant Duties**
Centara Ltd are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our friendly team. This role will provide a range of support to the busy finance team as well as other areas of the business during exceptionally busy periods.
**Description**
Duties of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Invoicing
- Credit Control
- Procurement
- Answering incoming calls (internal & external)
- Fleet Management
- Hotel & Travel Bookings
- Data Input including timesheets & expenses
- General Admin tasks
- Stationery
**Skills**
- Having interpersonal skills.
- Being able to work with one or more teams.
- Having excellent IT skills, proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite (Sage advantageous).
- Having high attention to detail.
- Being accurate.
- Having organisation skills.
- Being flexible and proactive.
- Having good written and spoken communication abilities.
- Being reliable and honest.
- Professional telephone manner.
The applicant is expected to have excellent organisational skills and to be familiar with general administration duties. Previous experience working within a finance department would be advantageous but not essential.
The salary applicants can expect to earn is dependent on experience.
Full time position (37.5hrs) based in Normanton, West Yorkshire.
**Salary**: From £21,000.00 per year
