**Administration Assistant**
**Administration Assistant based at the Head Office of this leading electrical wholesaler, offering an excellent basic salary and benefits package (including a competitive bonus scheme).**
**The Role of Administration Assistant**:
As part of the Internal Team within the National Accounts Department, you will be responsible for monitoring several dedicated “Single Point of Contact” in-boxes. (Customer Orders, Customer Invoices) You would be part of a well established and organised administration team helping maintain and grow a customer base of circa 1000 clients
**The role requires**:
- Advising customer orders, liaising with branch network as appropriate
- Assisting external BDMs to manage and maintain our CRM system
- Uploading of invoices into customer third party portals
- Maintenance of customer account records, adding engineer details to software
- Assist Admin Manager with ad-hoc projects as required
**Essential Skills and Experience**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in addition to strong computer and IT skills (Outlook, Teams, Excel)
- Well organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects as required
**Preferred Skills and Experience**:
- Experience within a busy administration team is an advantage but not essential
- Would suit an entry level person (school/college leaver)
