Administrative Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry and record-keeping.
- Data Validation: Conduct thorough checks on submitted data to guarantee proper approvals and verification.
- Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to share and manage workload efficiently.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement changes to improve efficiency.
- Quality Control: Ensure all data entries meet quality standards and are completed within set deadlines.
- Reporting: Prepare reports as needed to provide insights to the team and stakeholders.
- Team Support: Provide backup support for team members during periods of absence.
Requirements:
- Educational background in business administration or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Salary Information: £11.90 per hour, paid breaks included. Estimated annual salary is around £24,192 based on full-time hours.
