This role of part time Administrator will fit within the Property Management department, this team delivers a quality service to both landlords and tenants, encompassing reactive maintenance, scheduled maintenance, tenancy vacations, rent arrears and tenant queries.

**Duties of an administrator within property management include**:
- Sending rent arrears reminders and liaising with tenants
- Knowledge of maintenance system procedures
- Manage customer requests that are received via our software
- Liaise with contractors
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
- Assist with the general running of the department as instructed by the Branch Manager and Property Managers.
- Attend meetings where required and actively participate with positive suggestions for change
**About You**
- Fluent level of English with excellent spelling and grammar
- Proficient IT user, able to use MS packages as well as a range of internal systems
- Thrives in a fast paced, fluid environment
- Experience of working in a customer service environment with exposure to administration is essential
- A diligent and organised individual, capable of prioritising own workload and shifting priorities
- Able to positively adapt to change and be flexible in accordance with business needs
- Work well within a team and alone; takes initiative and is actively productive
- Demonstrates attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness
Valid UK driving licence and access to car is essential, as the role will involve occasionally travelling to properties under management
Hours of work will be 21.5 hours per week which includes Monday - Friday 10am - 2pm and one Saturday shift (6 hours) every 4 weeks.
