A Part Time Administrator role has become available for our client based in Castle Bromwich.

This role is Permanent and fully office based.

You will be working in a busy office and your role will be responsible for the administration of various types of customer accounts:
Duties

Handling inbound calls

Processing customers orders

Liaising with the warehouse to ensure a smooth transition of orders to despatch

Updating customers specifications and updating them on a regular basis

Generating reports

Dealing with any queries

Liaising with internal customers and clients

Updating in house database with accurate information

Excellent communication skills

Essential : Intermediate Excel skills - V look up's and Pivot tables are a must

Strong administration skills

Ability to work well within a small team

**Salary**:
£ 15350.00 per annum

Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday 7:30 am - 12:30 pm
